1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Service Not Rendered: If the service was not provided as agreed upon due to an error on our part.
- Cancellation by Surgefunded: If we need to cancel a service for any reason.
2. Partial/Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable. These include:
- Services that have been fully rendered and delivered.
- Custom services that have been tailored specifically to your needs.
- Any services where substantial work has been initiated or completed.
- Once trading has kickstarted on the client account, the client refund claims drops by 70-90 percent depending on the service subscribed to. This serves as a measure to cover for our service cost.
- Interference with the trading process at any point in time after the client have been onboarded automatically makes the client ineligible for a refund.
- Termination of contract when a client’s account has not been breached automatically makes the client ineligible for a refund.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of service completion or contract termination. To request a refund, please click here you must have be an existing customer to successfully make a refund request.

- Contact information
- Service details
- Reason for the refund request
4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account or payment method again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
